UPDATE: As of 1pm(MST) the email was up and running correctly.
In attempting to update the spam filtering software on the server, the primary mail server is experiencing issues restarting. ETA 1 hour. This is normally a routine upgrade but this time the server failed to respond after having restarted.
We will be performing all upgrades during non-peak hours from now on.
