USPS Real-Time Rates Issue

UPDATE: USPS has finally fixed their issues in the last hour or so. 1:15pm(MST)

Due to a problem with USPS right now, Veracart is unable to get Real-Time quotes from USPS. This affects all Veracart customers that currently use USPS shipping.

We don't have an ETA at this time of when it will be fixed...because it's not a Veracart problem. USPS is working on this and we expect they'll have it back up and running soon.

Image Upload Issues

We are getting numerous reports that uploading item images is not working correctly.
Images are either being uploaded full size or 1 pixel for all 3 images images.

We expect it to have this fixed right away.

Email SMTP sending issues

We having been having email server issues since about 7am MST. We are working to get this resolved asap.

This problem only affects OUTGOING email and does not affect incoming.

Duplicate Email Problem [RESOLVED]

The problem with receiving duplicate emails has been resolved. You need to delete the duplicates as the problem that was causing the duplicates to be generated has been fixed.

Scheduled Veracart Downtime

We are moving the rest of our servers to the new data center this weekend.

We will have scheduled downtime from approx. 2/12 10pm MST to 2/13 2am MST

Please do not call during this time as email, Veracart, and all hosting will be down at this time.

Email Order Notifications

Veracart is having problems with order notification emails being sent out. This has been an issue since Saturday. We are actively working to solve the problem.
